1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Farshore ("the Service"), operated by Farshore AI ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Farshore is a longevity science platform that provides biomarker tracking, AI-generated protocols, research curation, supplement information, and trajectory modeling. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
3. Not Medical Advice
Farshore does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content — including AI-generated protocols, biomarker analysis, supplement recommendations, skincare routines, and trajectory projections — is for informational purposes only and is based on published research. It does not constitute personalized medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your health regimen, supplements, medications, or lifestyle. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by Farshore.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
5. Subscriptions and Payment
Farshore offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page or Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
6. User Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Farshore, including biomarker entries, profile information, and uploaded documents. We store your data securely using Supabase with row-level security. We do not sell or share individual user data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
7. AI-Generated Content
Farshore uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to generate protocols, analyze biomarkers, and provide supplement recommendations. AI-generated content is based on published research but may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. AI outputs are not reviewed by medical professionals before delivery. You acknowledge that AI-generated content is informational only and should be verified with a healthcare provider.
8. Affiliate Links
Farshore contains affiliate links to third-party products (including Amazon Associates). We may earn a commission if you purchase through these links, at no additional cost to you. We only link to products supported by research, regardless of affiliate relationships. Affiliate relationships do not influence our recommendations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farshore AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or health outcomes, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
